I was based on a sketch made on paper and an oil painting.
I think there should be some more AA on (our) right side, perhaps with the yellowest colour. I love the way you've implied detail even though there's so much of the palest colour!
We all have our own artistic ideals. Can't please everyone. Keep up the good work.
I choose that palette because it felt good on the transition of light to shadow on a skin. I've seen this in various monitors and looks good to me.

I do feel there should be some definition of form on the right side of the neck.
Creepy chacracter. But the palette seems to mimic a gamma problem; feels erroneous.
My idea on this was mostly the focus on the face kind of inspired of rembrandt portrait, talking out of focus his other arm.
This frightens me o.o

I just think you should work on his right arm a bit... (with right arm i mean the one in the viewers left)
I like the depth in this, but I think you should AA the left side also.
