I gave her lower face and arms those orangish-red outlines to help distinguish them from her dress, but upon editing, I suppose that wasn't quite the necessity I assumed it to be. :P

Lovely animation and style, I'd pump the contrast some for the dress, you could use it to put her arms, broom and hed into the foreground too so the image isn't as flat. The red/orange arm outline/shade isn't doing many favours, desaturate it some and darken a tad if you need the definition. Lovely all the same.

Cute, but not very readable. I didn't see the arms for a while: probably because of their unexpected color. Same thing with the lower face.
