Love everything about this. Incredibly stylish, great design and total mastery of the medium.
I FAV this so hard!
This is just awesome, me likes it very much thank you! I just love those little details you do, this time around the window. They really add the finishing touch to your work!
One thing I like about Big Bro is his penchant for fine art principles, which he always tries to observe.
Here, I'd say the palette is definitely the lack-of-priority-issue culprit. Though, I don't think the issue is that out of hand. My only real crit is decreasing my eye's draw to the light on the floor. The character easily holds dominance as the focus, but that bright floor does fight him a bit.
The sense of perspective is just great here, btw. And the palette.
This reminds me of your starwelder piece, I like it!
It is a bit difficult to take in, because the window, reflection of light it casts, and character all have the same level of priority. I'm sure part of this has to do with the low color count, but it seems like a few more of them could have been subdued than were chosen. Which would have allowed you to push the turret a little further into the background. Perhaps a semi-obscuring reflection line across the window could have achieved that too. With the window deprioritized the composition would lend itself really well to a cyclical, redundant view of the image tracing along the window frame to the lit floor directed then up the character and back to the window frame. All while acklowedging all of the finer details of the image. I guess it is mainly that cannon which is forming the interruption in the composition. Those are my two cents, anyway.
I do like the amount of cold you were able to create with relatively warm colors. The palette has great synergy and capability to paint a comprehensive picture.
Atmosphere is indeed phenominal (Written correclty, is it?), it reminds me from Mass Effect 2 (PC-Game) and teh Flotilla... very good!
cool scene! atmospere is felt good, colors and character are fine.. Lovely
Great palette! Don't even notice the 9 colours limitation!
So, I presume you have a reference picture of yourself staring out the window?
Perfect!

Very nice! I like the pose of the guy (or yourself). Would of been nice to have had him/you cast a shadow in front to make it feel even more dramatic.
I need to write a java app that auto-favs everything you submit to save myself the time.
Awesome! Though I was hoping it would be a Commander Keen shoutout.
excellent palette size.
