@Manupix: You're right about the teeth, I see that now :)
I will take your advise about the dithering too!
Far too much dithering! ;)
It's fine (but not easy) to use where light tangents the skin in a soft gradient (on the upper part of those body folds), not where it casts hard shadows (below the folds).
The highlights don't need any dithering at all I think.
The upper lip should cast a shadow on the teeth, so they will look inside the mouth, not outside!
I think it's good, except for the shade of red, which I think is too bright.
Just screams "duh" :D
Agreed with everything Manu said; a strong white highlight implies that the skin is shiny, whereas the dithering implies roughness. I think that the contrast between colours is too high as well, dithering isn't really suited to making a gradient between such different colours as the yellow and red.
Here's an edit, I smoothed out and toned down the highlights, and added a bridging colour.
