It's a great likeness, and the based piece shows so much promise. I'd love to see an updated version some day, with some more controlled techniques.
Wow only 142? i was expecting over 200, but yeah thats the main problem; when I made this I didnt really understand the whole idea of keeping a pallette, so I could pick a color, use it, then come to another area that needed a similar color, and basically remake that same color instead of just using the original.
Ah, cool. Thought I recognised the colour :D I think something may have gone wrong with the file at some point though, with a bunch of duplicate colours. It wouldn't take too long to swap one to the other I think.

I gotta dig through google images to find the refrence (no one used to ask for those, I gusse phototraces are more common now). I pulled this from a screen cap of the old hall of fame, otherwise this would have been long lost to a hard drive format. Maybe I should add transparency to this one too.
Probably best to post your reference too :) Is there a reason for the blue background?
If this was an early piece it's really commendable because the errors are really technical.
