Not that it'll make the piece any better, but allow me to explain: I had the sprite of the character already, and I wanted to give him a cool background. So, I picked a stage. I had no idea that the piece would consequently be seen as anticlimactic, ha ha.

Same here. The bacground is good, but the animation is very dull. I too tought that he would make some flips in the stage but nothing? Improvement needed.

would be better with the walking sped up imo, the audience waits forever to see what he'll do once he gets to the center and there's just some eye movement.
