Exactly what Helm says. In this kind of scene light is the character, the subject, the main design element, and the medium. No less!
it looks like she's opening the drapes to a flatscreen because the lightsource is behind her, whereas if she were opening the drapes to a sunrise or something like that, her figure would be much darker and only her contour underlined with light.
Not much to say on anatomy - generally it is okay, but pose is way too static - maybe put one of the legs a bit back like she just made a step. I see an atomic explosion in that window.

Maybe it's because of my mistakes with drawing hands and because we see nothing in this window. I understand You and I have an idea how to make it more realistic

Руки, ноги... Главное - хвост! (С) Очень хороший рисунок, мне нравится. Про грудь товарищ дело сказал, цвет совпадает с фоном, что странно. Ноги... мне кажется они коротковаты - если девушка опустит руки, у неё кончики пальцев достанут до коленок, а должны до середины бедра. И самое последнее - если достроить подоконник (?) в том фрагменте, который прекраснозадая модель прикрыла телом, то левая и правая половины не встретятся. Так задумано?
В остальном просто отлично! Девять цветов, и какой эффект! 
I like how you draw human anatomy. Its simple but effective. Now in this piece it think she has a bit oversized legs. Meaby cut down a bit? Oh and also, he boob looks like its transparent (You kinda can see through it because its inside ring is colored like the bg... Few adjustments and voila, another hot chick! :P
This isn't a bad piece and maybe it's just me, but somehow it doesn't look like she's opening the curtains to a window (which I think she is supposed to), but like she's staring at some kind of non-transparent screen.
