It's the in-game proportions. I've already diminished her for about 40%, soon i'll post her again with full animations.
And you were right about her dress. I've changed it a little bit, but don't know if it became that better...
Nice, I like the animation, it's very fluid and has a lot of character. Good detail given the size.
Can you not use multiple sprites if size is an issue? One for head and hat, one for lower, or is it relating to in-game proportions as well? Nice animation, the draping dress at her bent knee is hard to read, I thought it was a foot at first, it opposes the direction of the wind you've established also somehow bending forwards against it.
Yeah that's better, maybe blowing even more to the left and returning less to the right though so it's in line with the rest of the flowing dress.
