I'd love to see the reference if any, for various reasons ;)
HOLY SH*T!!!! that's amazing!!! omgomgomg!!! this is WAY too awesome!!! I can't even think of proper comments.. that's just... just... OMG!!!
Agree with Helm regarding the pixel tech. Also, something probably wrong in the proportions, because for me the curve of her back looks natural on the photo, but just like the back is broken in the pixel version.
What Helm said...and...
The two things that bother me most: Her left elbow looks pretty weird, at first I thought she was an amputee. And the shading/outline on her right arm looks very much out of place. It's to dark and contrasting.
But... I can tell you're hot for the reference!
That's one sexy reference. I wish you would have caught the beauty in her eyes better though.
The skin borders could use a much better AA. For example the left side of the right arm. You used a border that goes like: gray-gray-dark gray-white-repeat. This is not the right way for AA. There should be midtones connecting those lines making them interlinked with eachother so that they look like a single smooth line. Atm it's more like an architectural drawing.
She reminds me of a kitty cat that arches her back when it's scratched.
good study, bad pixel tech. Banding, broken outlines where you have the shades to not need them, and lack of polish on the pixel and line level. I would suggest spending more time with the pixels and less with the likeness at this stage, you've got the latter down and your traditional skills are probably up to snuff. Time to think about pixels.
loving it! so gorgeous and fine!
