I like your work a lot but in this piece I agree with Manupix that the movement is 'just moving' for moving's sake. Catepillars walk with a certain degree of 'coiling' in and out that the sprite does not convey well. The movement now is more sluggish. Perhaps each tail section should contract by 1 pixel on each side in the frames you already have. For extra bonus credit if the 3 back legs moved as a 'wave' it would further help the viewer read the movement without having a need to actually over pixel or even add frames.

The anim doesn't really convey movement, it looks more like it's dancing, maybe it is? ;)

It's hard to explain in words, but caterpillars have a wave-like motion, you should see a flow going from front to back. Which means you can't reuse frames (or part of frames)!

 I don't like catterpilars, but this is awesome. Great colors and animation. 

I think you could make the eyes more bright, this is a bit dark, and I can't see it.
