@A.B. Lazer: Good point. Fixed now :)
@EdJr: I think I tried to keep the backgrounds simple because with only four colours, things easily get lost and unclear in action, (check Donkey Kong Land for an example of this). The other things are probably just results of artistic incompetence though :P
@Neocrone: That's just from one of the first translator messages you see in the game, don't read too much into it :)
The whole thing could definitely need some more work but it's been a long time since I worked on it and I'm pretty tired of it at this point. Thanks for the feedback guys :)
Title screen is very nice, but empty in places (you could easily fit some monsters or player figures there),
backgrounds are good (but would always benefit from more variety),
guy definitely must have better anatomy (legs too short for instance) - change few pixels, move on until it looks right,
message box very good (but sort of unreadable on PJ because when you click + it is out of bounds and not visible - it is better to group pics vertically on PJ and generally on the Web).
I am not a fan of these 4 colors games, so I don't know if I am correct: The background is too simple, the tiles could have more variations, and that guy's arm is weird. =o
woah i hope the girl in cell 4A is ugly because if you name a nice girl b**** i don't like it.
