Updated using some of your tips. I felt that your edit to the pose, dpixel, made her look stiff. I tried to change the position of the legs a bit though. Not sure how well it worked.

I agree with A.B. legs seem a bit short. And the weight seemed a bit off over her hips. Hope you dont mind that a played around with Tina. http://i.imgur.com/X5GBB.gif

Very nice sprite, but I thing legs a bit short and fingers on hands a bit too stiff. I don't know the original drawing, but maybe eyes can use some ajustment too.
