I thought that was what you might have done but you cleaned it up so well it's pretty much perfect
Simple, sir.
Drew the large one first.
Scaled it down to make the small one.
Then cleaned up all the jaggies.
Not a recommended method, but it worked well here.
Zoom way in. There are many differences you can spot.
Some details were certainly sacrificed.
Looking back at this now, I'm still not sure how you managed to make two sizes look like exactly the same; it's as if this is vector art.
