Decided to pixel the amazing rapper Nicki Minaj Constructive critics, please. -- EDIT: Made the bachground transparent and added some shading on the right leg

I don't like the background color, make it transparent. I don't really like the cyan outline. And I don't like the shading on the legs.

The rest is nice :)

The palettes and the green BG take away from it. I would remove those for sure.

Its OK, but since you are using a white (+cyan) outline me thinks the lineart should be colored and un-banded to minimize the jaggies. Especially in the legs, but everywhere really.
