I've been told that I need more contrast. In future pieces, I will keep that in mind while I work.

The grey pixel is a labret piercing. It should be black but it would have stood out way too much.

Dithering is just how I shade things, Photocopier. :) I like how this image turned out. Thank you for the comments though.

try using less dithering, it makes the skin apear blotchy and rough 

Not bad but I think you need more contrast with your colors, especially the skin!

But the shoulders and neck look a bit bulky to me, unless the model is stronger than normal.
