I'd cut down on the dithering for this piece, it doesn't feel smooth enough.

This actually has very cool old sci-fi feel.

Crits: UFO seems a bit unbalanced and should (with poles) moved to the right so that  it would be in center between character and right edge of the picture.

Metal with less dithering may have looked better.
