I think the dithering in the hair is perfect, very good portrait in my opinion!

You have great skills in maximising the palette, seeing your whole workflow and this progress was a treat :).

The final Bg here is good too, but there is one thing about the bottom left of the face that makes it look a tad skewed, where the cheek meets the chin. Covering up the darkest shadow seems to rectify it so something less crude but like this would do it?
