the legs could really use some work..

there's more extending and retracting involved in an actual run..

but the hair and the arms look really great!

 yeah two frames are almost identical on the upper leg. Bad.

I love the way the hair bounce varies and the way the shoulder rises and falls. 

Only crit is the leg strand things on the upper leg look a bit weird -- almost like a sloooow motion blur.
