I kinnda figured that this will occur but I don't think it's that bad for a first try.
The dithering on the waves bothers me more than on the ship. Waves have texture, but not such regular texture.
The dithering on the ship seems excessive; it creates a texture that's more like stone than wood or whatever. The clouds could probably use some AA as well. I like the color selection, though, and the perspective is neat.

Too much dithering! I liked the clouds, that's it.
