Her back does seem too straight, but that's because her arms are at her sides. Maybe you should poof the sleeves of her shirt out a bit so they'r not so flat on the back.
I love the simplicity of this character. Reminds me a lot of old SNES rpgs 
She looks like she'd ride a vespa. Both versions look very good.
Her back seems really straight though, since it's a straight line from her neck to her heel. Maybe give a little bit of curve for her spine and butt? I know it's unfinished, but just in case don't forget her ponytail on the back view.
