There are some body parts that are not very feminine and the outline is a bit jagged, but the overall is good and some details are amazing... the posture of the feet, the pants and the hair... nice job...
The hands do seem a bit manly, but not too bad.

Well, that looks awesome. Head does look large, but that could be simply a style choice. As for the arms, they do look muscular, but again, you could just be a really strong girl, in that case the arms wouldn't be an issue. Congrats on all the patience needed to finish this.
And if your arms really look like that, then congrats on that too, because it must've taken ages of exercising, which's really hard and all.
Looks great, but there are some serious anatomy issues: the head is large, the arms way too muscular, and the right arm is too short.
Heads a little bit big like Wenruto said. I dunno if the arms are intentional but it looks great either way.
