Something I made yesterday.

I was about to do another 2 like this and make a "Top 3 TV shows" to submit for this week challenge, but I got lazy. =P

EDIT:

How I did:  1- I got the pic, adjusted the colors and contrast in photoshop, traced the image.
2- Then I started to draw and dither by hand.
3- Adjusted the pallete and fixed the artifacts.

The first step, really make the things easier, I should do something without this step someday...

Is there something I should do to improve the hair? I really dont like it!

 I would say that the transition between the brown and the black in the hair is much too harsh to look natural. Perhaps a medium between the two could be added to ease the transition.
