This was a speed drill to see how fast I could animate one of my characters in a neutral stance...and it took 2 hours for this full animation...I'm sorta glad with it, but some things still irk me...oh well, tell me what ya think....

update: improved his pausing...

I agree. It's an older piece, and doth suck a bit. Have learned much, since then, though...

Nice, but the change in shading, and bouncing of the belt seems a little extreme for just breathing. It looks more like he's jumping than just breathing.

Nah, you understood correctly. I just couldn't get the actual motion down. I tried to emulate the same movement he has in the actual 3d games, but as you can see, it is pretty horrible. I guess, its always best to never emulate a 3d stance in 2d style. Thanks for the comments though, man. Take er' easy....

Dude you are incredible. But this is not much of a taekwondo stance, thus its not much like Baek. Maybe I misunderstood "neutral stance"

ther is some pretty strange details that just flashes by in some frames but overal it looks pretty sweet. i especialy like how you animated the pointing hand.

I was hoping nobody would catch that...actually I was hoping they'd be too distracted at the other bouncy parts than looking at the main movement itself...which is pretty sparse...you caught me danno...you caught me...

I'd say a lot of things are moving that shouldn't be, and a bit too much.  His ponytail and belt are flapping around, when in reality they might not be affected at all.  He needs more overall body and limb movement, and less "flashy detail" movement.  [analogy]Right now it looks sort of like icing without the cake[/analogy].
