Seriously, try dithering the background.
I love the train and the bridge.
Dithering on the background there would make this much better
I've tried, but i can't seem to get it right... i'll try to use it in later versions and releases, when i learn how to use it properly 
There's no need to rush. Have you tried antialiasing yet?
Dithering would ruin it IMO
. I like this one better than City ink 2, the secondary color given by the moon really helps.
