I think you did a great job. There are just one thing that dont convince me much, and is the shadows inside the mouth.

You're right, though perhaps it just needs a more interesting texture to break up the pattern. Not going to do any further edits though, trying to finally move on from this piece. ;)

Really nice- the green color pallete could be optimized a bit, since right now the dithering is a tiny bit obvious.
