Thanks for the comments! I've changed the background so it does'nt appear under the characters, it is true that it's more readable that way :).

I'd scrap the background, the sprites are hard to see with it.

Tiny sprites always melts my heart. Really charmig, although the background is kinda annoying and takes focus away from the sprites. But other than that, two thumbs up!
