The neck of her dress seems to not be affected in any way by her dress. From the preview I thought it was a cross-dresser. But other than that, wonderful as usual.

Nice work, i agree that the face is kind of manly, but i also saw the reference and i understand that is a kind of taste.
I also think that reducing the light area on the cheeks can (maybe) soften her profile, but i'm not sure about this.
Changing subject, maybe longer legs can make the figure more slender?

Could you round her face off a little more. Like around the left cheek and her chin maybe. She looks very manly in the face.
