This update looks a lot better than the last version ^_^. I made it quite awhile ago ive just never got around to posting it. Ive decided to leave this guy alone for a bit and finish another project.

I like his character design! I have a thing for huge scarves x3
Still the colors are a bit messy in the area of the hands, you might want the various part of the sprite being more evident on some places.
Still very nice, keep it up! ^^
