they're actually commissions for an RPG, so I'm not the one who is doing the game (which I just sadly lost)... when It's done I'll post a link somewhere :3
your apsolutely right, its just your work is so top notch its hard to find but minor things to critique :) keep up the sprites! are you planning on making a game with the your mushroom sprites?
thanks! it's not that solid to shot him in the eyes though, and I know it kinda disappears (there's just a not enough dark shade to show it actually becames horizontal), but since it's an animation that shows for just a second, so none will notice it too much :3
the fingers on the left hand looks a little too 'floppy'
on a positive note your sprites look very solid, thoughout the animation they keep their volume and shape very well, and the actions and movements are believeable and well communicated.
edit: oh i noticed his drool kinda disapears, it would be cool if you could have it swing up and hit him inbetween the eyes or something.
Cool. This makes me want to make art for an old school turn-based RPG. I would suggest just combining this anim with the already uploaded idle anim for this guy - let him idle about 8 times then let the hit anim occur. Spore cloud would no longer be glitchy. This is what most do anyway.
