{ Whoa! Thanks a lot A.B!
I love your edit on her face, especially her mounth (on II).
I know the white on her left eye may read better, but I still think the blue works well.
But you are tottaly right about the eyelashes!
Thank you again! ^^
I looked in the mirror, and at this angle of body neck and side of the face made straight vertical line right from the point where head is looking right at viewer (rotating it further right kept this effect). That vertical line was on the right compared to vertical line going from the edge (outline) of belly.
Inclination of neck seems to be not sufficient to produce widepixel shift. Rotated and from the side it looks straight enough (but see for yourself).
Here as I understood head is rotated sufficiently to (our) right. I think other viewers haven't noticed second eye and thought that face is looking to the left, so second eye should be on the left side but covered by hair or not present at all. Problem is to make it clear. So we put white to right eye so it is defined as really second eye and eliminate all highlights and details that hinder understanding and could be read other that we want. It makes for edit I. Edit II is variation of face. Third edit which I don't show deals with figure - I upped the waistline by several pixels (making legs longer).

You could probably reduce file size by saving it as a PNG and using a hex editor to change it's hight and width ratios. That's what I do when I want to make C64 wide pixels, but I'm not so good at pixeling so I never post them.
{ I'll refine it (wide to normal) to explain what I did...
And maybe you can help me to get where I whant.
Edit: Here:
Her head was sopposed to be a little turned to right.
Another Edit: Maybe this one could work better?
The construction man is perfect. The others might have some readability issues (cyclops girl!).
Werewolf is the best. The rest are perfectly readable, but I think their forms are less refined.
Ithink that woman's head should be moved one or two widepixels to the right.
Rotating head a bit and looking into mirror - edge of face (where it connects to ears) and neck will be on one vertical line (as you shown on the worker's sprite). But neck is not necessarily straight, when we are walking it is usually inclined forward, so one widepixel to the right may be good choice.
My previous crits on your work were on the head/neck placing too, so maybe you'll wish to revisit anatomy of that area?
I think it works well with the exception that the chicky looks like a cyclops.
Não gosto muito dessa tecnica.
