Ya. Too much dithering makes this feel to rough. The hair could also use some cleaning. There also is some problems with pillow shading on her shoulder.

the two greys in the hair don't read as separate colors at 1x. too much dithering imo, adds an inappropriate texture to skin. could use chubbier cheeks if you want to get the likeness down, nice work overall though

i tried to do this with minimum colors.

the nose look ugly i know but i can add one or two colors to make it look better

Looks a lot like the photo and the eyes, nose, and mouth are all pretty good. I think there's way too much dithering though, which makes some of the shadow areas look grainy. If adding another color or two isn't a problem, try adding some more medium to dark skin tones to help define detail in the shadows and reduce the need for dither.
