that second panel would show an even better punchline without the text. the mugshot on the middle already does that job, and the text ends being completely redundant.

Awesomer and awesomer...It is a little shortcut that third frame uses the same bg. But there's so much other stuff added that it is really just a nitpick.
Hands off Kermit! Samus in bikini should replace lord Vader in third frame, though.
