I think it's a lot better, he looks pretty cool. The lighting is nice, especially on the jacket.

The viewing angle is a bit weird. The shoes definitely look like we're above foot level and looking down at them because we can see the tops so plainly and there's a reduction of scale. The bottom of his jacket makes it look like we're looking up into it. So as a result I feel we're about knee or thigh level to look down at the shoes but up into the jacket, but nothing about anything above his waist indicates that we're also looking up at the rest of him. I would suggest either changing the bottom of the jacket so we're not looking up into it anymore (preferably) or changing his chin and nose to make it look like we're also looking up at those points (although that might be a bit weird too) just for a consistent viewing angle.
