 I'd suggest rounding the hole in the kids' skull a bit, it looks a bit too squary.

Hehe, I like the little guy has a head-scull too :)

 Great style! I like the colors too. The only things i got to say is about the outlines on the flag, the ropes and the table are a bit much darker than the rest, specially the grass (i'm not sayng about the characters because you could resalt them on pourpous). It make it look a bit too drawed and different style. Also the dragon in the flag would normally (but not necesarilly) be most at the middle of the flag, near two pixels down. It's a 4/5 for me, great job!
