It's not really about just variation, but drawing the right leg actually passing in front, like the right arm.
A difference of shading is also helpful: what's visible of the left leg is the inside, so can be darker.
Walking anim tuto here, just in case.
@manupix I did repeat the frames for the lags. I tried to add some variation but it just didnt look right. Do you have anysuggestions for variation?
