Yes, there is something defects and stuff, but this is one of the first few issues like my work .. ^___^ thanks for the criticism
And that one thing is lamp...
there are a number of issues here. First, as far as the pixel craft itself goes, you have alot of jagged lines here. Look at this for example

I edited the mouse shape to look less jagged. You can find tutorials on this, I dont have links to any off hand though.
When I was editing the mouse though, I also noticed you seemed to have used more colors than you needed around the outline for AA. Basically you have colors in some places that you cant even notice. If you cant notice them somewhere, you dont need them there.
There are compositional problems with it. The image as a whole doesnt feel cohesive, it just feels like a number of objects floating around. But there are some more specific things I point out.
For example, due to the cropping at the bottom of the image, there is more space for the blue part of the tablet on top than on bottom. This runs counter to what we would expect due to perspective (the further part should be smaller). Even though we can imagine there is more at the bottom that is just cut off by the canvas, it still looks wierd, and not though about.
The thing standing on the left (not sure what it is) is forming a tangent with the computer screen. That means their edges are lining up. It diminishes depth to make a tangent because it makes the two objects seem connected at those edges, rather than that one is in front of the other. Having one object overlap the other, even if just slightly will solve this.
Also, that object is casting a shadow in two opposite directions. For the shadow its casting on the wall, why is the shadow not also on the desk going onto the wall? The shadows from the moniter dont add up with these shadows either.
Biggest problem for me though is the composition. You have all these objects pointing in all sorts of directions, but the movement doesnt lead anywhere; the placement feels haphazard. Im guessing youre not really concerned about composition so much right now though.
Last thing is the color. It feels kind of boring to me. Can you see how all the colors you used are cool? This can work, but maybe its all the other problems in the peice that make it stand out too. The preview image seems more interesting to me. See how you put in a little but of warm color by making the table slightly red? It just adds a bit more interest to the pallete I think. Or, see how your colors seem to all have about the same intensity? You could keep all the colors cool but add some variance by making some more saturated. You can do it in a way that makes sense, like have all the shadows, or all the lights be more saturated, even if just slightly. This might make it a little more interesting, but thats for you to experiment and find out yourself.
Agree with r1k, except that I rather like the palette. ;)
I understand many of the issues raised are not easy to fix, but you should at least clean up the jagged lines. That is not difficult, just takes some pixel-level attention which will open your eyes to other possible improves.
