The head angle was a little intentional because i made this robot for a little game in which there are falling things and you are supposed to catch them (it was a college work). For everything else, i appreciate your comment, i will look for ways to fix it, thanks =)
Things I see to improve:
The top of the head (not the part that's flipped open, the square part of the head) looks to be at the wrong angle, like if you were looking at the robot straight on from the front, the top of his head would slope to the left. Maybe that was intentional, but it looks odd.
It seems the arm is casting a shadow above and below itself on the body, which makes it lose any depth. It looks like the arm is flat against, or part of the body.
Too much dithering! The dithering really doesn't suit the smooth metal that the lighting implies. It makes it look dirty, which would mean it shouldn't be shining like it is, so it looks odd.
then the rest of the game should have the same angle. that doesn't explain using contradictory angles. though i don't see the problem with the head being side-view, just pick an angle and stick with it. dithering isn't really helping, elipses on the eye need work, tracks are too square, more hue shifting could be used as the palette is kinda boring
