It's pretty good but how are the glasses even connected... lol. Also, the jaw looks really awkward. It is not bad

aa could be refined and banding is hurting this piece. I also feel like the palette is a bit dull and could use some more saturated and colors and varied hues. black is also overused a tad. not a bad start though.
