The concept is real nice, though, as epix said, the mid grey is a bit too dark. Also, smoke's shadows change gradually.

The smoke's really nice, and I love simple greyscale pictures like this, but the middle greys are a bit too dark, I think - I can't see much of the detail until I zoom in a few times.
