the electric glow effects really work well on this one...
The dark edges at the top would look nice on the outer wings and bottom too in defining the shape, awesome work for your second pixel piece too, animation is clean and nice
Not sure if some of the dithering at the bottom is all that necessary.
The spaceship itself is well done but there is alot of banding on the top.
Try using more AA(anti-aliasing) to make it look smoother
