I agree, too heavily used dithering and IMHO the knife looks really odd. It should be thinner and longer.

I like a lot of this, but the perspective of the room wall seems peculiar.

Yeah...but i fix it.

This has 23 colours.

Looks pretty good. The palette seems to work well. The left hand looks like it's not lined up with the angle the handle is at. To see what I mean, draw a straight line across the knuckles and compare that to the line on the back of the blade.
