I actually think the tree looks good off-balance, though you might want to put in a branch under the left side. And you really should change the leaves.

I actually like the style of the tree, but I agree it feels off-centered ... should be more centered over the trunk. I like the way the leaves look though! Might not be "realistic" but it's art. If you want mega-realism take a photo.
Over-all it's very pleasing to look at though I might suggest some kind of description and maybe a bit more in the title for those of us how don't know what that translates to :)

I agree, that tree canopy is simply bad. It's unsymmetrical and off-balance, and the copied leaves really don't help.
His ear is too square.
You have a nice clean style for the most part, but the copy-pasted leaves really don't look good. At least draw a few leaf "balls" and paste those a few times if you're going that route.
The tree ruins everything. The trunk is beautifully made, but the leaves look horrific.
