I've noticed a lot of your pieces have been sent back for revision. Rather than continuing this creation/submission/rejection cycle, it may be advisable to start a WIP thread for one of your pieces here in the forum. This will help you improve the work so that it will get a positive enough score to enter the gallery. Voting is pretty split on this one at the moment.

the black outline and lack of a dropshadow beneath the figure make him seem separate from the rest of the piece.
