{  Whoa, love the texture in the tong!

The mid-tongue line looks a little off to me.  When you have this level of detail and shading, you can probably afford to show the dip with actual shading as opposed to a line (or a least smooth the line out more).  But other than that nitpick I really like this!  Great work!

 The tounge looks more like beef than a tounge XD
