you never apply anti alias on the outside UNLESS you work on a fixed background.
besides, do you even understand or at least know how AA works? it seems more like you asumed AA is just switching random pixels on an outline and asume it looks good. i'd rather discard this, read the extremely useful pixel art tutorial on the site's forums and pay attention to the section dedicated to Anti Aliasing. because right now, this is nowhere near being close to it.
the loader on the SNES isnt even that high also, and most of the details are either missing or completely off in proportions.
