This one is quite good, but needs proper background as white is harsh for eyes (somebody would suggest transparency, but it always better to draw a good background), Also issue with saving.
Despite this pic is considerably better than your previous pieces, I think it will also be sent for revision by default - because, like previous pics, it is saved to gif with MS Paint, and Paint messes pics up when saving to GIF. In the future copy pic to some other program (I use Irfan) and save to gif there.
