An idea for an in-game hazard. It's basically a type of trash compactor that you need to pass through to progress forward. If it closes in on you, you get killed instantly.
I got the idea from the ending of The Terminator, where Sarah Connor manages to destroy the terminator by crushing it in the factory.
I plan on making a better color scheme for this also. JunkBall is supposed to have 8-bit style graphics, and the original NES could only handle 16 colors on-screen at once. I love making my stuff detailed, but authenticity is also something I like to shoot for when it comes to things like this. |
