This is my pixel rendition of sycho (from deviantART). Quite proud of this one. Minus the fact that I made him look really fat, but it was all the photo reference's angle, I swear! (I apologized for that, by the way!)

he looks straight up gangsta-style yo. I thik some slight dithering would make the face less 'broken up' if you understand what I mean. Great job in any case :)
