It is illegal, and they do send warnings - but it doesn't mean I can't rename my game to something like "Shinobis X" and keep all the content hidden descreatly. Right? Plus, no one really bothers to message the byond to shut down fan games, only FUNimation did - but we all know how hard their asses are, and how far deep their heads are in there.

 Nah it's just a free to play game for Byond. If he were trying to sell it then he might have a problem on his hands :P 

The sprite looks very good, but... isn't it illegal to make a game of something like this without being given the license? I'm wondering because I recently saw this article- link
