Thank you for the feedback. :) Yeah he is pretty stiff, this is my first animation/pixel of any kind and I'm still trying to work things out. You are right on pretty much all counts! I will work from here.
Wait, why does crow man have hair? and ears?
Anyways, it's a decent drawing. I think it's a little stiff though, even if he is idle. The 100% side view where we only see one arm and one leg usually isn't the most interesting view point or pose. Besides the head being a little large (although I think it's mostly due to the beak) the proportions aren't bad.
